Team 1 (2 members): priority list of traits

Full stack developer with 5+ years experience

Strong communicator (proactive and clear. Will point out what's missing to solve a problem)

Tactical problem solver (can solve problems with little to no documentation. can learn the landscape of something and present findings) Experience working with distributed systems (needs to not need handholding from team as they are very busy at the moment)

Experience working with AWS a plus

Experience writing in Golang

Experience with Python and Reactjs

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90.00 - $100.00 per hour
